The Angus Scott Pipe Band was formed in 1955 and is one of the oldest continuing Scottish bagpipe bands in the Spokane & Coeur d'Alene area.
The band was named in memory of Pipe Major Angus Scott of Kimberley B.C. His enthusiasm and support for the project had much influence on the Scottish community in the Inland Empire.

At The Angus Scott Pipe Band, our talented musicians are dedicated to bringing you the best in Celtic music. We perform a variety of styles, showcasing instruments like uilleann pipes, Scottish smallpipes, shuttle pipes, penny whistle, Bodhran and a beat box! Throughout the year, we participate in events such as the Spokane Highland Games, the Bitterroot Highland Games and The Fall Folk Festival. We are a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Organization. Your monetary support of this organization sustains our ability to carry out our mission: The preservation and celebration of the Celtic Heritage and music of The Great Highland Bagpipe.
